Machine maintenance

Maintenance planning software that actually prevents

Per-machine PM plans, cycles, completed and missed jobs in a single calendar. The question is not whether it was done, but when the next one is due — and the system tells you that, not the breakdown.

Maintenance work list: preventive (PM) and corrective (CM) jobs scheduled with an owner

PM and CM in one calendar, per machine

Preventive and corrective work are not two separate worlds: the same calendar shows who is working on what, what slipped, and what is coming next week.

  • Per-machine PM plans and cycles
  • Completed and missed jobs in one view
  • Parts usage linked to stock
  • Automatic alerts for work that falls due
  • Export to Excel and PDF for audits

Machine overview: where each machine stands

The overview shows the operating status of every machine and the maintenance coming up next. Nobody has to ring around to find out whether a stop can wait.

Emulsion checks with a measurement log

Concentration and pH measurement runs here too, with limits and a measurement log. What used to live in a ruled notebook is now searchable and reportable.

Tickets and maintenance look at the same data

When a ticket turns into a maintenance job, nothing is retyped. The statistics then show where response time slips and what keeps coming back.

  • Tickets with priority, owner, due date and SLA monitoring
  • Response and repair time trends, plus first-time-fix rate
  • A public board for a display on the shop floor
Frequently asked

What people ask about this

How long does it take to train people?

Half an hour to an hour per role for daily use. The operator screen is deliberately designed around very few clicks, and every module has built-in help.

Does it work on tablets and phones on the floor?

Yes, the interface is responsive and works on tablets and phones. A large live display can also be put on the shop floor, which needs no login at all.

Do we have to roll out every module at once?

No. Pricing depends on plant size and the number of modules you roll out, and you do not have to introduce everything at once — start with the most painful problem.
