Privacy notice
This notice explains how personal data submitted through the enquiry form on syncoresystem.com is processed, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What we process and why

Providing the data is voluntary, but without a name, company name and email address we cannot reply to the enquiry.
3. How long we keep it
- Enquiry data: for up to 24 months from contact, or until you ask us to delete it.
- Abuse-filtering logs (IP, timestamp): up to 30 days.
- If a contract is concluded, the legal basis and retention period follow the contract and accounting rules.
4. Who has access
Only staff of the controller may access the data, solely to answer the enquiry. We do not sell data, do not pass it to third parties for marketing, and do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.

5. Cookies
This website does not use cookies and runs no external tracking. There are no embedded ads, social buttons or third-party font CDNs — your browser sends no data to third parties when viewing this site.
6. Your rights
- Information and access: ask what data we hold about you.
- Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction and objection: ask us to restrict processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Portability: ask for your data in a machine-readable format.
- Withdrawing consent: you may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
You can exercise any of these rights by writing to info@syncoresystem.com. We reply within 30 days at the latest.
7. Remedies
If you believe the processing infringes your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH — Falk Miksa utca 9-11., 1055 Budapest, Hungary, naih.hu), or take the matter to court.
8. Security
The website is served over HTTPS, so submitted data travels over an encrypted connection. Enquiries are stored in a directory of the web server that is not publicly accessible, and email is sent over an authenticated, encrypted SMTP connection.
