Die tracking software that counts strokes, not just rows
Registry, storage location, stroke count, condition, documents and the full repair history — on one page instead of four spreadsheets. The die record is created digitally, so it does not get lost on the way to the shop floor.
What the system keeps on every die
The whole life of a die sits on one page: no separate folder, separate sheet and separate colleague to ask before you know where it stands.
- Current stroke count and the stroke-based maintenance due date
- Condition and storage location — which rack, which shelf
- Photos, drawings and measurement records attached to the die
- Full repair history with a digital die record
- Export to Excel and PDF when it has to leave the building
Storage map: an address, not a hunt
Storage location is a map, not a free-text note. Whoever fetches the die can see where to go — searching time is the least visible cost, and it goes out the door every single day.
Not a separate program: the ticket knows which die it belongs to
The modules share one database. A ticket links to the die, maintenance sees the stroke count, and the economics analysis works from the real production log — nothing is typed twice.
- Tickets raised directly against a die, with its history attached
- Automatic alert when maintenance becomes due
- You do not have to roll out everything at once: dies + tickets works on its own
What people ask about this
What happens to our existing spreadsheets?
We take them over. Die, machine and part lists can be imported, so nobody retypes hundreds of rows. Export stays available too: lists can be saved to Excel and PDF.
Can we attach photos and drawings to a die?
Yes. Photos, drawings and measurement records can be attached to the die, so the documentation lives where people look for it — not deep in a network share.
Where is our data stored?
Wherever you want it. The system can run on the plant's own server inside a closed network, in which case no data ever leaves the site. If it is more convenient, we can host it for you.
